Team Building - With a difference!

We dont specialise in 'paintballing' or 'go-karting', too many others do that sort of thing and it's not for us. What we do specialise in is designing a number of activities that require genuine team work to formulate an efficient and safe outcome.

Russell Grant Limited has designed a variety of exercise scenarios and involved activities that will train and test the very best individuals and encourage team work throughout.

We are able to produce small fires requiring relatively easy control measures, larger more involved fires utilising 'live' role play casualties and many other activities. You may wish to use an indoor survival pool and incorporate rafts and dinghy's, scramble nets and under water escape scenarios, the choice is yours.

You may wish to assess the abilities of your 'teams', we have conducted this training on many occasions and have a room known as the 'gold fish bowl' whereby we can instigate alarm signals via a specific board, use radios and relay information, deliver telephoned information and escalate situations to test the control levels of those in charge of such situations. The room has observation panels allowing audiences the opportunity of learning from the positive and negative actions of others being tested...these activities can be video taped for further analysis should it be required.

We have access to full catering facilities in the form of an organised restaurant. Full male and female changing rooms with showering capabilities and all protective clothing is provided.

The instructors chosen to provide safety on these courses are from a wide variety of backgrounds but predominantly the Military Fire Services and Civilian Fire Authority Brigades, safety is never over looked and your safety is of paramount importance to us!  

Employers legal obligations can also be incorporated into some of our courses and training can be undertaken on both Basic Fire Fighting and First Aid resulting in course certification at the end.

Ultimately the training undertaken generates 'team work' and as any good organisation head will quickly tell you...any group of individuals working as a team are not only motivating to eachother they are an asset to the company they work for!
